Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what data LEONI collects on this site, what we use it for and what your rights are. It follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote simulator: your name, your contact (WhatsApp or email) and your answers about the project (type, size, look and features). Along with that we store the submission date and the calculated price range. We never ask for tax IDs, addresses, banking details or any document.
What we use it for
Exclusively to contact you about the project you simulated and to move the quote forward. We do not use your data for anything else and we do not send mass communications.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties. Data is stored on MongoDB Atlas and the site is hosted on Vercel — both act solely as infrastructure providers, under contract, and do not use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep the record while the conversation is active and for up to 12 months after the last contact. After that, or whenever you ask, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent. Just message us on WhatsApp below — we reply within 1 business day, no bureaucracy.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party tools such as Google Analytics. To understand where people stop in the simulator we record anonymous counters only ("someone reached step 3") — no name, no IP and nothing that identifies you.
